This patient felt that her eyelids were drooping and that her vision was obstructed by the excess hanging skin. After a completing a visual field exam, Dr. Tresley recommended a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid. In addition, he also recommended a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat and a bilateral lower blepharoplasty to eliminate the excess fatty tissue and skin from under her eyes. After going through with these recommendations, the patient was extremely pleased with their outcome.
