This patient felt that his upper eyelids were drooping and were affecting his vision. He also noted that his eyes looked and felt tired and heavy. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair which tightens and lifts the loosened upper eyelid muscle. Dr. Tresley also performed a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, which eliminated the heavy under eyelid bags.
