This patient felt came in wanting to address his drooping eyelids that were obstructing his vision. He expressed he was unhappy with the deep, heavy bags under his eyes. The patient also felt that his eyelids were turning outwards and sagging away from the eye, leaving the eye feeling irritated and dry. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid and a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, which eliminated the removed the excess fatty tissue and skin from under his eyes. In addition, Dr. Tresley performed an ectropion repair where he tightened the eyelid and returned it back to normal positioning. The results are dramatic.
